  • Designed and built a Flume Go + SQL pipeline processing daily AR-device session logs — sessionization, metric calculation, and BigQuery visualization — coordinating 30+ metrics across 15+ stakeholders.
  • Led migration from legacy BI workflows to a privacy-compliant architecture, cutting the codebase 8k → 1k LOC and deprecating 50+ workflows while preserving dashboards used for investor earnings calls.
